Doug Zieber
Pastor Doug is currently the Executive Director of the Millwoods' Christian School Society. He is the newest member of the pastoral team at Calvary Community Church (CCC) and has 3 children, all of whom have graduated from MCS. He has volunteered on both the CCC elder board and MCSS board for over 10 years. He has a background in construction management, advertising/graphic design, computer technology, and youth ministry; he has also served as the acting Vice Principal of a K-12 private Christian school. He is very excited about what God has done, and continues to do, in Millwoods Christian School. Isabella Sabo
Isabella grew up in Melbourne, Australia and moved to Edmonton in 1999 when she married Robb Sabo. Growing up she was fully involved in her home church, and attended a private Christian high school. Many of her husband's family have attended MCS and her two children have continued that tradition. They pray that both children will graduate from MCS. Isabella is an at home mother and works for her husband's company as an administrator. She is strongly involved with her church: Apostolic Christian Church where she has led Sunday school in the past and is currently on the worship team, involved in a Bible study, and is assisting one of the Pastors. At MCS she is involved with Lunch Supervision and you have probably seen her around the parking lot directing traffic after school too. She has been a member of the MCS Society for three years and has a passion for this school. Her role is to support the MCS elementary staff and students. She finds it such a blessing to be able to freely worship and praise Jesus as well as pray for and encourage our staff and students. Kathryn Gillespie
Kathryn is currently the chairperson of the Millwoods Christian School Society, and is also involved in Alumni outreach. She has a long history with MCS; first as a student and graduate; then going on to work in the school office where she felt a call from the Lord to become a teacher. After completing her Education degree she came back to MCS and taught for eight years. Her son has graduated from MCS and her daughter will graduate here in 2020. As a result of being a student, teacher, and parent at the school she has seen the school from many different perspectives and is very passionate about the school. She loves the amazing community that is found within this school and all the wonderful people she has met and worked with throughout the years. |
Jason Wright
Jason, his wife Laura, and their two children Elliott and Emma, moved to Edmonton in 2015 from Calgary. Jason is currently the Director of Education and Apprenticeship for the Sheetmetal Workers Union Local 8 of Alberta. Both of their children are students at Millwoods Christian School. As a family they attend Calvary Community Church and are very involved there. Jason joined the MCS Society in 2017 and will be working with the society to raise funds for special projects. Patrick Gibson
Patrick has been part of MCS since 1989, he graduated here in 1996 and currently has five boys attending; from elementary through high school. When his boys graduate, they will be the third generation of the Gibson family to have done so from MCS. He volunteered as a coach for both senior high basketball and volleyball for six years in the late 90’s to early 2000’s, and has been on the MCSS Admin Team for 9 years. He and his wife are both owners of separate businesses and are part of the leadership team at Discovery Church in southwest Edmonton. Patrick's focus is in Community Relationships, primarily with regards to our sports program. Dawn Fox
Dawn had been involved with MCS since 2003. She and her husband Matthew have six children, all of whom have been students at MCS. She is a stay at home mom who is actively involved with her children's education, both at MCS and through homeschooling. As a family they attend GraceLife Church where she and her husband are deacons and participate in a number of ministries including nursery, music and teaching. She has been a member of the MCS Society since 2012 and is currently the recording secretary as well as focusing on communications. Paul Eisentrager
Pastor Paul is now working part-time as the leader of the Oasis Ministry of Calvary Community Church. He continues to serve on the MCS Society Admin. Team and the Calvary Community Church elder board. He and his wife Dawn have been married for 51 years. Both of their children and all four of their of their grandchildren have attended MCS. His favorite food is Mexican and he loves diet Pepsi. |
